Lo-Fi puts youth to the front!

Honored to announce that Lo-Fi founder is one “The Creatives,” We Are Family Foundation’s new Youth To The Front Fund (YTTFF) Frontliners!

This program breaks barriers by supporting youth-led initiatives that creatively challenge systemic injustice or inequality.

As part of “The Creatives,” Lo-Fi is excited to announce a collaboration with California nonprofit Hip Hop for Change titled “Pipeline to Positivity: International Inspiration.” In this program, we will provide a week-long artist/career development course guided by a selection of creatives including Taiwanese hip-hop artists and Department of State program alumni.

Since its 2020 launch after the murder of George Floyd, YTTFF has backed 90+ Frontliners from 35+ countries across 6 continents who are at the forefront of fighting systemic racism, inequality, inequity and injustice around the world.

Inspired by Nile Rodgers’ activism and creative work, YTTFF now extends its support to "The Creatives,” illuminating the transformative power of art to shape the future and reclaim the essence of humanity.
